We will liaise with 3rd Parties, including internet providers, telephony suppliers and key application providers regarding support requests raised through the Service Desk. We will also liaise with PC Hardware manufactures (i.e. Dell, HP) providing warranties on PC devices to resolve any hardware issues that may arise.
Mobile Device Support
Bridgeall provides Mobile Device Support across multiple operating systems including Windows, iOS and Android. Our services include providing secure corporate email, device security and VPN configuration for both corporate and privately owned devices.
Service Management and Reporting
We provide monthly reports covering all aspects of your systems and services, including performance monitoring, service levels and all project work. We also undertake comprehensive quarterly reviews evaluating processes and procedures for continual service improvement. Live reporting covering incidents, problems and change are provided through access to Bridgeall’s service desk.
