About the service
This service is available for organisations using old, shared drives, SharePoint On-Premise, third party document management/intranet tools and SharePoint Online.
During the Audit, one of our certified SharePoint consultants will carry out a full review of your existing approach including:
- The structure of your SharePoint/shared drive
- The security setup and requirements
- Storage and data volumes
- Sensitive data and document workflows
The audit will take anywhere from 3-5 days depending on the scale and complexity of your setup. As an output from this process, you will get a full recommended approach for SharePoint Online. Highlighting any changes to security, structure, document management and opportunities to reduce the volume of data. This report will be presented to you and will be able to be turned into a deliverable if that would be beneficial.
