TBR Global, a world leader in ground transportation, was receiving a growing volume of complex, multilingual quote requests which each required manual review, cross-system checking, and fast turnaround. Their team needed a smarter, faster way to process enquiries without compromising accuracy or customer experience. 

To help transform this high-pressure workflow, TBR approached Bridgeall to explore how AI and automation could streamline their quoting process. Together, we designed an intelligent Proof of Concept that could analyse incoming requests, extract key details, and generate draft quotes automatically reducing workload, improving response times, and laying the foundation for a more scalable, efficient future.

Established in 1991 and headquartered in Glasgow, the company operates in over 3,000 cities across more than 120 countries through a network of affiliates and a combination of its own fleet and a global affiliate network. 

With a large and diverse customer base, TBR handles a high volume of booking and quote requests daily, including many that are multilingual and vary greatly in complexity. 

Challenges facing TBR Global

TBR Global sought to enhance and streamline their existing quoting and booking process, which relied heavily on manual effort and multiple disconnected systems. The issues included: 

  • Manual quoting workflows that required staff to review enquiries across different platforms. 
  • Difficulty retrieving accurate quote information, particularly when handling diverse locations and regions. 
  • Slow response times affecting efficiency and customer experience. 
  • High potential for errors due to manual data handling. 

TBR wanted to introduce AI capabilities to automate and accelerate parts of the process, reduce manual workload, and ensure consistent, high-quality responses for customers globally. 

The Solution

TBR Global engaged Bridgeall to design and deliver an AI-driven proof-of-concept that would infuse automation into their existing systems. The goal was to create a seamless flow between their Front CRM/email system and their internal quoting and booking application. 

Bridgeall’s solution included: 

  • AI-powered email analysis using Microsoft Power Platform and AI Builder to extract key booking details from customer enquiries. 
  • Automated quote initiation, with AI models generating draft quotes or draft responses for bookers. 
  • System integration, enabling extracted data to be routed into TBR’s booking system to pre-populate quote fields. 
  • A fully defined Proof of Concept design, including requirements gathering, technical design, user journeys, testing, and iterative development. 
  • A streamlined workflow triggered when emails were tagged as “AI Quote Request” 
    • The Proof of Concept initially focused on EMEA and USA regions to ensure language compatibility, with plans to extend to APAC for multilingual testing. 
    • Bridgeall collaborated closely with TBR through workshops, design sessions, and regular stand-ups to refine the requirements, validate the technical approach, and ensure the solution aligned with real world user needs.
