Bridgeall worked with Citizen Housing as their implementation partner to review and improve their existing estate, establish working processes, and guide them through their Power BI implementation journey.

Scotland's Housing Network were looking to carry out a complete digital transformation project. Going from manual spreadsheet processes to rolling out a new website, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI reporting processes.

ADSM first reached out to Bridgeall regarding the migration of their on-premises servers to Microsoft Azure and the rollout of Intune and Defender for Business across their full estate.

Sandstone Property had a manual process for providing VIP customers with a set of reports each month. Bridgeall were brought in to provide an automated process to replace the Excel process and provide a reliable data platform with clean enhanced data that supports future reporting requirements.

Market leader in the global spirits business Whyte and Mackay, wanted to fully digitise their processes. Each department used a mix of digital and paper records as well as a mix of communication methods. This meant that information could easily be lost, misplaced, processes were more difficult to learn, and analysing records was extremely time consuming. Bridgeall helped the team to create a Power Apps maturation and warehousing solution by combining their network of departments into a unified powerhouse.

Whyte and Mackay approached Bridgeall to undertake a discovery phase on several key projects related to capturing data across the Whyte and Mackay business.     One of these projects was the provision of a solution for sustainability reporting, looking at the recycled content and makeup of packaging in use for Whyte and Mackay products. This data, when collected, would be used to prepare statutory reporting for Whyte and Mackay for the Plastic Tax and Extended Producer Responsibility.

Bridgeall was tasked by the general trade union GMB to conduct an audit of their Equal Pay Claims Solution, based on a Power Apps Canvas Application and Power Apps Portal.   

Dalmore Capital had implemented a Distillery Power App to manage investors, funds and business structures. The Power App had worked successfully within the company, however as the application was becoming more prominent within business operations, it was identified that the current data source did not meet all of the security and regulatory objectives. Bridgeall worked with the team to move from a SharePoint based configuration to Microsoft Dataverse and implemented a new model-driven app to drive efficiencies across the business and support a more flexible, scalable and structured solution going forward.

Following a competitive tender process Bridgeall were appointed by Scottish Government as the hosting, support and development supplier for the Scottish Government and Community Justice Scotland’s (CJS) offender risk assessment and case management system (also known as LS/CMI).

The Scottish Prison Service were looking to migrate data from their SharePoint 2013 servers to SharePoint Online as the service was reaching end of life. The team were also
