The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) was undergoing a large digital transformation programme across their entire organisation. As part of this they had already rolled out Skype for Business, Outlook, OneDrive and were in the process of rolling out Windows 10.   ACCA asked Bridgeall to assist them with the introduction and rollout of SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and some of the wider Office 365 workloads. In addition, they were also looking to set up an operating model for delivery of changes and for this to encompass upskilling of their existing IT staff.

As part of an ongoing strategy to migrate to cloud-based services, The Security Industry Authority planned a move to the Microsoft 365 platform for a number of its ICT services. This had to be completed with minimal disruption to the SIA whilst retaining all existing functionality and adopting new services where appropriate.  Bridgeall were selected as the implementation partner to deliver the migration to M365 enabling the SIA to drive internal user adoption of O365, email, collaboration and productivity tools within the organisation.

Our client Whyte & Mackay required a solution to simplify and manage their customer onboarding process. To help manage this process, Bridgeall delivered a Power Platform and Office 365 based approach to rapidly deliver a solution. This was achieved using Power Apps to create a centralised solution and automating business process steps with Power Automate. 

REMT like many businesses had data stored in different systems and had a requirement to bring these together. Bridgeall were engaged to create a data management strategy. This strategy was broken down into a few key parts with the end result was the delivery of a digital solution that delivered against each of the requirements.

Link Group, one of Bridgeall’s long standing customers, were selected by Welso Housing Management to be the preferred partner for the transfer of all homes and services. This meant that Link Group had two separate IT infrastructures that they were looking to merge to support greater collaboration and integration of the new business. Bridgeall were invited to work with Link and Weslo IT teams to assist the transition and Office 365 tenant migration works to complete the Weslo technical integration.

Bridgeall delivered a Power Platform and Office 365 based approach to rapidly deliver a solution for the team. This was achieved using Power Apps to create a centralised solution and automating business process steps with Power Automate. 

V.Ships engaged Bridgeall to design and implement a desktop virtualisation solution. Bridgeall ran a proof of concept for Azure Virtual Desktop and then rolled this out across the company.

Bridgeall implemented Office 365 for email and and migrate all file content from the on-premise shared drives into SharePoint Online in a structured manner. Consequently all versions of Office applications were upgraded and compliance ensured with Microsoft licensing.

Utilising the potential of Microsoft Power Platform for building sophisticated, integrated business solutions quickly, easily and at significantly reduced costs, the Bridgeall development team successfully delivered a robust customer onboarding and new product solution for W&M. By modernising and automating key business processes, the solution delivered immediate cost savings and productivity improvements by reducing repetitive manual tasks.

Bridgeall has been working in close partnership with the internal management team responsible for the implementation of the Group’s Digital Strategy underpinning its 2020-2025 Vision – ‘Inspiring Ambition, Unleashing Potential’. This includes the delivery of O365 & SharePoint implementation and adoption services supporting the Group’s move to Microsoft Cloud Services and the establishment of a Modern Intelligent Workplace.

Bridgeall supported Time for You Care with the development their platform that allows for the management and delivery of care to be more efficient and attractive to those delivering, requesting and receiving care, and which ensures that the traditional management overhead of running a care business is greatly reduced.

Bridgeall were engaged to design and deliver a SharePoint Online Intranet with the key aim of driving collaboration within the organisation.

The subsequent site was designed to fit with Tennent’s core corporate branding and included multiple feeds from social media and Google as well as feeds internally from Yammer.
